Good air conditioning in public areas. Limited TV channels made downtime tricky.

The beds were comfy and the queen room itself was neat and huge. A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus.
Had mediocre breakfast, it might be far better.

Excellent location, first line, near the seafront, beach, cafes bars. Friendly personnel. Delicious breakfasts and lunches.
The hotel is modest, but corresponds to its value.

Fine sea views from the balcony allowed for perfect people-watching and soaking in the atmosphere. The spacious rooms were clean and serviced daily, with fresh towels and a decent shower that felt great after a long day on the beach.
The noise levels from neighboring rooms made it tough to catch some Zs, especially when the streets were lively at night. The lack of modern electrical outlets was a real inconvenience-I had to unplug the TV just to charge my phone. The breakfast options felt a bit basic, lacking the variety that some might expect. And let's not talk about the firmness of the mattress-definitely on the hard side, which might not sit well with everyone.

Perfectly clean hotel, liked to be next to beach, bars, shopping, restaurants, reception area & almost all bars and the Old Town, shops and restaurants thanks to magnificent and absolutely perfect location. Had king room with a view and wake-up service was available in it. I had a warm welcome, excellent and efficient staff.

I liked its proximity to the beach and the fact that the clientele tended to be older and a good continental mix. The reception staff were particularly nice and helpful. The rooms were basic but clean and the beds were good for my back. The lounge overlooking the beach was quiet and relaxing I will certainly use the hotel again and have indeed started looking for flights.
I think there was a little confusion in checking out. The night receptionist was a little confused - but arnet we all at 5.30 in the morning!

The sea-facing room had a amazing view, where we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the bustling promenade. Daily maid service ensured the room remained clean and tidy, and the shower was fantastic.
Limited electrical outlets in the room.

The location was excellent, as it was beach front and next to old town. The rooms were spotlessly clean and maintained daily.
Would have liked to have had a kettle in the room and for the air-con to have been a little quieter and cooler.

Good location near the Old Town and also many restaurants and shops. It overlooks the excellent Levante Beach.
Passing revellers at night made it slightly noisy. Could do with 1 English news channel on the T.V.

Fine sea views from the balcony. Location right by the beach was perfect for easy access to bike tours. Breakfast options were basic with room for improvement. Clean room but could use better sound insulation from neighboring guests.

Excellent location, right on the sea front. Close to the Old Town for bars and restaurants and an easy walk from the night-life in the New Town. The best Wi-Fi connection we have ever had on a hotel. The room was a decent size and was comfortable enough given the price. We would be happy to return for another visit.

Location by the beach
Parking was a nightmare - a multi-storey car park 400 yards away through a maze of narrow streets, some one-way and pedestrianised. It was secure but made for a very stressful start and end to our stay.

If you want a beach holiday in a basic hotel in Benidorm then this would be the place to stay. The staff are very helpful and attentive. Our room was clean though sparse of any luxuries and the lack of being able to make coffee / tea in the room was a disappointment.
